Steel Magnolias is dedicated to providing programs and services that create a generation of girls, ages 8-15 years, who are inspired and empowered to lead with confidence, encouraged to dream big and motivated to make the world a better place.

Steel Magnolias envisions a world in which all girls and women regardless of race, ethnicity, income and social status are nurtured and empowered to use their voice and uncover their inner strength, beauty and resilience. We are committed to helping girls ignite their greatness and reach their full potential.
Steel Magnolias has several opportunities to get involved. We seek the support of women to become members of our organization, to sponsor a girl, serve on a committee, be part of our Speakers Forum and/or to make a financial donation to our organization, Sponsorship opportunities are available for local businesses and organizations.

Most importantly, we will recruit girls ages 8-15 years, who will be exposed to educational programs, networking opportunities with influential women in our community, a sisterhood with other girls and meaningful community service activities.
A Steel Magnolia has the confidence to express herself and she knows that she can do and be anything she sets her mind to.
